Everyone that has earned an income in the previous fiscal year may fill in the Tax statement 230 available below, in support of Daruieste Aripi projects. Please download the PDF file and fill it in (only point I and the signature), and then select one of the options below to send it:

Choose one of the options to send it:
- Upload it online We will send it on your behalf.
- Send it to our email: info@daruiestearipi.ro.
- Leave the filled in statement at the Policlinic of the County Hospital in Constanta, at the Pediatric Oncology Section.
- Fill in the statement and send it to the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) via the Virtual Private Space (SPV) on-line platform.
- Print the filled in statement and send it by mail, by registered mail to the Public Finance Administration in your home city.
- Print the filled-in statement and send it by courier to one of our offices.

People who received income from other sources (rents, independent activities, intellectual property rights or transfer of the use of goods) and have the obligation to submit the Tax Statement, can download the PDF file below. Fill it in with your data and then choose one of the transmission methods from point #3.
Important! If you fill in the Tax Statement online, please insert our fiscal information in the 3.5% box (Section 6, Point A, page 6):
